|
First time e-Giver? Please read below
Vineyard Church of Delaware County utilizes the third-party processing of PayPayl to offer online giving options to those who would rather give electronically.
To give online, simply follow the steps…
Step One: Simply access our church website @ www.vineyardcdc.org
Step Two: Click the e-Giving link located on the Home Page.
Step Three: If you have an existing PayPal account you can access your account to determine how you would like to give. If you do not have a PayPal account you can create one OR continue on to give by Credit Card.
This plan is being offered as a convenience and is completely voluntary. |

Still have questions…?
What is e-giving?
e-Giving is short for electronic giving. It is an automatic transfer program that allows you to make contributions without writing checks.
How is my contribution deducted from my account?
YOU DECIDE! In your PayPal account you can set up Reoccurring Payments from a designated account (checking or savings) to repeat monthly. You can decide to make a one-time donation using a Credit Card OR you can determine each month how much you’d like to give and when. It’s completely up to you.
How do I keep my checkbook balanced?
You will receive an email from PayPal each time there is activity on your account. You can note the deduction in your check register after receiving the email confirmation.
How much does e-Giving cost?
It costs nothing to you and may even save you time and money. The church incurs a small administrative processing fee for the service. Check with your local bank to see if there are charges associated with your account(s).
Is it safe?
PayPal protects your financial information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. When you use PayPal, your financial information is not shared with the merchant. Once your payment is complete, you will be emailed a receipt for this transaction.
Can I use a Credit Card?
This is a very important question. The simple answer – Yes! However, we want to promote good stewardship principles above the convenience of online giving. If you have difficulty managing your credit card spending, we encourage you not to tithe or give this way. Many people use credit cards to pay bills and accumulate bonus points or miles while still paying off the entire balance each month. If you are unable to do that – don’t give on credit!
