Danny Meyer was called as a pastor in 1974.  He was the Sr. Associate Pastor at Vineyard Columbus for 15 years.  He also served as a District Overseer and as an Area Pastoral Leader for the Association of Vineyard Churches. In 2002 Danny and his wife Penny planted Vineyard Church of Delaware County.  As Senior Pastor Danny co-labors with Dennis and Penny in setting  the vision and direction of the church.  Among many other things, Danny's primary responsibilities include preaching, teaching, and training.  Danny and Penny have 3 grown children and 3 grandchildren.

Dennis Stranges has been part of the Vineyard movement since 1994.  As Senior Associate Pastor Dennis co-labors with Danny and Penny Meyer in setting  the vision and direction of the church, as well as sharing preaching, teaching, and training responsibilities.  Dennis and Evie have been married for years and have two teenage daugters, Emily and Anna.  Along with the other pastors, Dennis helps to design and oversee life-on-life pastoral care ministries in small groups, including marriage mentoring (premarital, marriage enrichment, and marriage restoration).

Penny has been involved with the Vineyard for over 20 years.  Prior to planting the Vineyard Church of Delaware Coutny in 2002 with her husband Danny, Penny was the Women's Ministry Pastor at Vineyard Church of Columbus..  As Associate Pastor, Penny co-labors with Danny and Dennis in setting  the vision and direction of the church and shares preaching, teaching, and training duties.  Danny and Penny have 3 grown children and 3 grandchildren.  Penny's additional responsibilities include:

• Oversight of Pastoral Care for Small Group Leaders
• Assimilation of Guests
• Supervision of Ministry Leaders

  Robb Morgan; Associate Pastor

Robb Morgan, Assistant Pastor, has been on staff with VCDC since March 2005.  Prior to joining the staff Robb worked as National Sales Manager for a logistics provider.  Robb also served as a Pastoral Intern at Vineyard Church of Columbus and, along with his wife Julie, helped to plant a Vineyard Church in Arvada, a suburb of Denver, CO.  Robb, Julie and their daughters Emma and Olivia live in Sunbury and have enjoyed getting involved in the community.  Robb’s primary responsibilities at VCDC are:

Mike Kienapple, Assistant Pastor, has been on staff with VCDC since September 2005.  Mike received his degree in Counseling from Ashland Seminary and over the years has worked extensively with peer counseling and marriage counseling and.  Mike also served with Dennis Stranges as a Pastoral Assistant with Marriage and Family Life at Vineyard Church of Columbus.  Mike, his wife Shirla and their son Matthew live in Sunbury.  Mike's primary responsibilities at VCDC are:

Anne Kramer, Administrative Pastor, has been on staff with VCDC since 2003 and prior to that served in women's ministry at Vineyard Columbus for two years.  She is a graduate of Franklin University and Vineyard Leadership institute, and prior to full time ministry was employed for 15 years in the financial services industry.  Anne is married to Myron and together they have a blended family that includes six grown children ages 24-32 and three grandchildren.  Anne’s primary responsibilities at VCDC are:

• Oversight of the day-to-day financial operations of the church
• Financial reporting required by pastors, advisory board, congregation and business community
• Coordination of human resources functions to support the VCDC staff
• Oversight of weekend service volunteers
• Coordination of women's ministry small groups and events

Jake and Pam Lozano joined VCDC as Youth Pastors in November, 2007.  They relocated here from the Cleveland, OH area where they served as youth pastors for 10 years at a local independent church, and where Pam also served as a worship leader.  Jake and Pam will be pastoring both the high school and middle school teens.  Their passion is to ignite the next generation to love God with all of who they are, and to see teens impact the community and world they live in.  They desire to help create a community of young believers who come together to passionately worship God, be taught and grounded in the Word of God, and who then go out and live as followers of Christ in school, at work, and in their home lives.  They love the diversity that youth ministry brings, and hope to create an environment where all teens feel welcome and a part.  Jake and Pam have 2 children, Caeilen and Judah and are in the process of adopting a baby from the Philippines.

Jake’s responsibilities will include:

• Pastoral oversight and care for the high school and middle school teenagers of VCDC
• Counseling, care, and input for teens and parents.
• Oversight of Tuesday night Uth gatherings for high schoolers
• Oversight of Sunday a.m. middle school gatherings
• Developing and raising up new leaders for both youth ministries

  Mara Jo Rummer; Children's Ministry Pastor

Mara Jo Rummer, Children’s Pastor, Has been involved with VCDC children’s program since 2002. Prior to her involvement with VCDC Children’s Ministry, she was a teacher for 20 years.  She is a graduate of Ohio State where she completed her undergraduate work after attending Milligan, a private liberal arts school in Tennessee,  While attending Milligan she met and married  her husband Tim.  They have four children as well as two adorable grandchildren. Mara Jo’s primary responsibility is overseeing VCDC’s Children’s Ministry.  She attends to the following areas of administration:

• Recruits, trains, and supports all Children’s Ministry  teachers and helpers.
• Selects and provides curriculum and teaching resources.
• Oversees the planning and coordination of VBS  and other children’s functions.
• Oversees the administration of  the housing of childcare for church affiliated events.
• Oversees and plans Children’s Ministry service projects.

  Michael Hansen; Worship Pastor

Michael has been involved with the Vineyard Church for over 20 years.  He was trained as a Worship Leader at the Langley Vineyard Church in Langley, British Columbia, Canada.  For the last 8 years, Michael has been the Worship and Arts Pastor at Vineyard Church of Columbus.  As Worship Pastor, Michael’s main responsibilities are over the worship community plus audio and video volunteers.  Michael has been married to Helen for 21 amazing years and they have 2 sons, Jeremy and Daniel.  Michael’s additional responsibilities include:

  Shelbie Herold; Administrative Assistant

Shelbie Herold, Administrative Assistant, has been on staff with VCDC since 2004 and prior to that was Administrative Assistant to Women’s ministry at Vineyard Columbus for 3 years. Previously she worked as the secretary for a Lutheran church for 8 years before joining the Vineyard in 1994. She has been married to Nick going on 13 wonderful years. She has two grown children; Adam, who lives in Florida and Emilie, who is still living at home. Shelbie’s responsibilities at VCDC are:

• Assistant toDennis Stranges, Robb Morgan & Mike Kienapple.
• Oversees compilation of bulletin & inserts for Sunday services
• Works with the team wherever necessary for events, etc.

Sandy Hutcheson ; Administrative Assistant

Sandy Hutcheson, Receptionist/Administrative Assistant, has been on staff since June 2007.  Previously, she did medical transcription from her home for 15 years and worked for several years in the church office as a volunteer.  She has been married to her husband, Bryan, for over 25 years.  They love spending time with their ever-growing family, especially their two beautiful granddaughters.  Sandy's responsibilities at VCDC are:
